Provide us with your flight number and we will monitor your flight arrival for a confirmed landing time. If your flight is either early, or delayed we will meet you at the new confirmed time.
If your flight is cancelled in advance, we will wait for further instructions from you and work with you and our partners to respond to the new dates and times.
We can meet you in the arrivals hall or agreed pick up point, usually 30 minutes after the flight has been confirmed as landed or we receive communication from you.
We will send you a confirmation text message if required on flight arrivals, to let you know we are waiting and to confirm where to meet in the event previous agreed locations need to change.
Where required we will use a greeting board with our company name on in order to find our driver in the busy halls.
All vehicles are routinely checked, maintained and tested to East Hampshire Council standards, and kept in clean condition. The drivers are polite, reliable, enhanced DBS checked and safe guarding trained for your peace of mind.
